This project
introduces some selected examples of the European little cultural treasures.
However, it primarily
intends to present the idea of the „Janusian Thinking Process“ as the very source
of the European creativity and, in broader terms, the European culture, or
generally speaking, Western civilisation.
It emphasises the importance of a long-term scientific research carried out by highly educated and experienced experts in established academic institutions with a long record of a brilliant scientific tradition to prevent relying on ideologies, invented stories, reports of „being connected“, illusions, meditations, „visions“, personal perceptions or convictions and ideas of self-proclaimed, unexperienced, quasi knowledgeable, never heard about „gurus“ setting up sectarian „clubs“ and spreading around false, misleading and dangerous „philosophies“ distorting own children´s and other people´s mindsets and emptying the pockets of the latter under the premise of knowing the „secret code“ and endowing the „not knowers“ and the „not initiated“ with the „key“ to transcend their own limits and become so called „leaders“; of „gurus“ who act with the intolerable demeanor of pseudo superiority and arrogance often carefully masked by false modesty.
Another aim of presenting the phenomenon of „Janusian Thinking“ is to underline the mystical, i.e. mysterious, element of a creative process. Touching and teaching the mystery without understanding its essence is clear evidence of a lack of responsibility towards oneself and the others.
